At FA Dumont, we are committed to your satisfaction and offer a 30-day return window for most of our home and religious items. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we will gladly assist you with a replacement or a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, including all certificates of authenticity and protective wrapping to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
